Trish has created an athletic workout that combines strength training movements with yoga poses sequenced into an energizing flow that will give you a total mind-body workout! Short on time? Each 10 minute routine is designed to give you a head to toe workout and fit easily into your schedule. All 5 routines provide a flow that will increase your heart rate and help you burn more calories. Use them alone to target specific muscle groups or all in a row to create a dynamic yoga flow that is guaranteed to leave you stratus-fied! Running Time: Approx. 100 minutes.
