Consequently, many questions have been asked about these Prayers. So I created this three-part class to get to the heart of the teachings in “Change Me Prayers,” and to address the most frequently asked questions.

In addition, how they can release you from the prison of “doership,” how they don’t mean you’re not great as you are, and how they solve what the ego itself cannot. They take practice.
