Description
When assessing any case concerning estate planning documents, a cautious but discerning look at each set of facts is necessary to determine whether the case can be successful. In this session, we’ll discuss the legal basis for will and trust contests, assess what factors to look at during intake, and talk about the fact specific nature of proceeding toward litigation.
