Description
We will present an overview of the most common government benefits, the requirements of each, and how they can work together to provide for one’s financial needs, including the limitations of each program. This program will also highlight how government benefits affect the preparation of a client’s estate plan.

- Recognize the names and requirements of each program
- Understand the overlap between the programs
- Gain understanding in how to identify which benefit(s) your client is receiving
- Be able to advise your client(s) on each program
