Donald Otto, Executive Director and General Counsel for the Missouri Funeral Directors and Embalmers Association and COO of the Missouri Funeral Trust, has drafted funeral legislation and handled funeral-related litigation since 2004. He teaches funeral law to mortuary students and has guest-lectured at law schools and colleges throughout Missouri.
