Description

Drill down to understand the relevance and meaning of the “big three” financial statements: the balance sheet (or statement of financial position), the income statement (or statement of earnings), and the statement of cash flows. Using practical examples from real companies, Ed Adams explains how each statement is created from raw data, how the statements integrate to create a full financial picture of the entity, and where mistakes and manipulation are most likely to occur. This course provides any practicing attorney with the ability to read, understand and interpret financial statements in order to aid them in serving their clients and enhancing their own professional and personal understanding of business from an accounting perspective.
