Power Half Hour is a fitness program produced by Beachbody and starring Tony Horton, a well-known fitness instructor and consultant. Tony has collaborated with Beachbody on other fitness products such as Power 90 and P90X.

Beachbody is a well known company that was founded in 1998 and has become a market leader in manufacturing at-home DVD-based fitness programs. The company is known for producing fitness products that provide workouts, exercise guidelines and schedules, dietary programs, and the equipment necessary to acquire health-related results.
