Letting Go Audio-Medidne – Psychomed

This recording consists of (track 1) preparation for Audio-Medicine technology and general advice on how to listen to Audio-Medicine. Track 2 of the recording presents a guided relaxation session then directs the listener to the Letting Go needed to obtain maximum benefit from the technologies used by Audio-Medicine®. It is essential that this recording be listened to first by anyone who has never experienced deep relaxation. We highly recommend that you listen to it before listening to your first Audio-Medicine®.
