Curriculum:
The Jamie Eason Middleton Challenge offers participants of all levels effective, comprehensive workouts to make lasting changes to your physique and your lifestyle. Over the course of 90 days, coach Jamie shares her experience and expertise with you, giving you the tools you need to be healthy and happy for years to come. Each week of her program builds on the last and focuses on a unique set of goals and skills to keep you progressing and engaged.
Coach Jamie’s program is divided into two halves, with the first focused on building lean muscle and the second dedicated to shedding body fat. Here is how it breaks down:
PART 1: Build
During this phase, you’ll be building your foundation, establishing a habit of daily movement, and learning to use your body in new and unique ways. You’ll use a traditional bodypart split for all six weeks, and as you improve, you’ll implement techniques such as supersets, rest/pause and plyometrics in weeks 4, 5 and 6, amping intensity and igniting your metabolic fire.
Part 2: Shred
This half of coach Jamie’s program is designed to preserve the lean muscle you added in the first half while helping you shed some body fat. The first three weeks (7, 8, 9) you’ll continue to use a bodypart split, but you will add intensifiers such as drop sets, Tabatas and circuits to boost the burn. The last three weeks are all about circuit training, alternating between full-body workouts and ab-training days. Every week your work intervals increase as your rest decreases, burning mega calories and catapulting you toward your goals.
