Modular building assets

This Modular Asset collection contains 90 large and medium-sized objects to create a realistic ruined city. A variety of shapes will allow you to create anything you want from little abandoned temple to epic gigantic lost cities.

Surfaces and Materials

We created 12 custom incredibly detailed surfaces. 4K materials include displacement maps. There are also 11 Tileable Geometry meshes. Quality tested for tileability, sharpness, and accurate PBR maps.

Unreal Engine

All assets are set up and ready to be used in Unreal Engine. UE native files included in the pack, just plug-and-play!

Unreal Engine 5

We have included UE5 project along with UE4. Assets converted to Nanite.

Debris Assets

Scatter 96 different debris assets from small to big with Unreal Engine Foliage tool. Add extra details to your scenes in a matter of seconds.

Blueprints

Blueprints are extremely flexible and powerful as it provides the ability to use the full range of tools and speed for fast concepts and level design.

Hero character

All Characters look phenomenal in close-up shots! No clean-up needed, just drag&drop these models into your scene and start rendering.

Mule Francis

Fully rigged with great topology. Multiple dynamic poses included. We love this guy, he is cute!:)
