Accessing Information Through Feeling

This is the recording of a class that I gave, the first in a three-part series on working with body-based awareness to learn about and influence your personal experience of reality. The second and third in the series follow below.

What can you do with this skill? Here are a few examples

• Distinguish whether information you have received is true or false
• Determine if a particular food or remedy is right for you
• Do the same with a potential life partner or job, business opportunity or career path
• Know if someone you care about if still with living on the Earth or has passed on as well as obtain other information about their physical and emotional state
• Sense whether you may expect problems up ahead so you can either avoid them or even change the timeline of events so they no longer occur
