The reason this stop smoking program works so well, when it would seem impossible for a subliminal to help someone stop smoking, is a bit of a surprise. As it turns out, the majority of the reasons why people smoke – and why they have a hard time stopping – come not from nicotine addiction, but from what I call “social hypnosis”. What is social hypnosis? It’s a belief that exists because it appears to be true, and feeds back into itself because society has accepted it as true, and therefore acts as if it is true, which in turn causes people to believe it is true. A false belief that becomes true for those who accept the belief because their subconscious mind has accepted it as true, and is executing the belief as being true. The “It’s hard to stop smoking” belief is a prime example of this.
This makes sense when you understand that the subconscious mind is absolutely literal, and has no way of distinguishing a belief that is harmful for you from one that is not. It will faithfully do whatever it believes you want it to do, even if that action is self destructive. And it accepts everything that you have accepted as being true as being what it should act as if is true, even if it is not.
The result is that because people are exposed all their lives to the belief that “it’s hard to quit smoking”, expressed many times and from many sources, even “expert” sources, they come to believe it is true. Then they encounter people who are actually experiencing “it’s hard to quit smoking” as being outwardly true (based on their own subconscious belief that it must be true) and this only makes them believe even more strongly that it is true. Finally, when they attempt to stop smoking, their subconscious mind faithfully executes those instructions (what are we supposed to do if we try to stop smoking? Oh, right, it must be hard, I must fail, it must be a painful experience, I must suffer all these negative symptoms), and they experience for themselves everything they consciously and subconsciously have come to believe must happen when someone tries to stop smoking.
In other words, smoking is not very difficult to quit. What makes it so difficult is the deep subconscious belief that it must be difficult to quit, and that all those symptoms must be experienced when you try.
If you think that sounds like hogwash, congratulations! You’re suffering from the social hypnosis I’m talking about. I understand why it seems like common sense that those faulty beliefs must be true. Every doctor you talk to will tell you. Every scientist. Every smoker. And who would know better?
Well, someone who has used this program would know better. Because when people use this program, they find that even while they smoke as normal, and don’t even try to quit, that they smoke less and less and over time (usually 1-4 weeks) just simply stop smoking without even trying to. And after the full six months of using the program, these people are nearly always permanent, happy non-smokers. That is not possible if smoking is really as difficult as you thought it was to quit.
Why?
Because all this program does to you is… changes what you believe.
That’s it. It changes what you have accepted as true.
And when that happens, and your subconscious mind no longer has all that social hypnosis programming going on, there is no expectation of need to smoke, or need to fail, or need to have any of those symptoms. And without that subconscious expectation, there is no such programming to execute. And the result? Quitting becomes as easy as it actually is. Which is to say, effortless.

And everything that they have told me has resulted in a program that makes it effortless to quit smoking, with virtually no effort. It works so well that people who use it often don’t even realize they’ve quit for days after they smoke their last cigarette. In fact in one test, we had an entire household of five smokers all quit at the same time, even though only one of them knew that it was playing!
The last thing left is, are you ready to stop smoking? If you’ve read this far, I’m willing to bet that you at least want to be. But even that doesn’t really matter, because used properly, the program will bring you to where you need to be to be ready to quit.

Instructions:
Step 1: Select your playback method. The best results will come from using stereo headphones or earbuds. Second best will be stereo speakers. Third best, but still effective, is playback over a mono audio source, such as a cell phone.
Step 2: Calibrate the audio volume for the playback method you have chosen. To do this:
A) Play the Trickling Stream track, and adjust the volume to a comfortable level for how you plan to use the program.
B) Play the ocean surf track, and adjust the volume to a comfortable level, but make sure that the lowest volume audio is still at least faintly audible.
This should be the ideal volume at which to use any of the three tracks.
Step 3: Select the format you prefer to use: Ultrasonic/Silent, Ocean Surf or Trickling Stream.
Step 4: Play your chosen format at the calibrated volume for a minimum of 8 hours per day, but not more than 21 hours per day, every day, for six months.
Smoke as desired while using the program. Allow the program to do the work for you. Don’t worry about quitting while you use it; it will handle all the heavy lifting automatically.
