After having trained in all the lessons of the long pole I dedicated this lesson in looking at how long pole footwork is applied.

We look at how footwork occurs naturally under stress and slowly I show you all the movements step by step.

Most importantly, I show you through applications how arms must always stay relaxed but with an elastic energy so that they have liberty in movement (not contrasting the movement of the arms and torso with that of the legs) as at times you will find that they work in opposite directions…sounds complicated???
