Lesson Description:

As part of your program the Jut Chi Sao is a very important exercise and integrates well with the first section. It is almost a section with a life of its own, but nevertheless works the same combat and reflex principles already shown in the first section.

A larger of array and attacks are increased and learning to jut or ‘shock’ is an important development for a two man set, in which aids both people in learning how to relax, absorb shocking power, and learning to counter attack simultaneously.

More importantly, a thing that will be repeated in almost every section, is that we never steer away from the principle of power and combat which we clearly taught you since the first lesson of the WingTchunDo course at the Wing Chun University.
