This experiential workshop will introduce the principles of classical psychodrama as a method of inducing trance. Sociometry (the measurement of relationships and choices) will be demonstrated as a way to warm-up clients to work and doubling and role reversal will be learned as techniques for deepening conscious and unconscious awareness.
Educational Objectives:
- State two ways that clients can be warmed up to work psycho-dramatically.
- Describe role reversal and explain how this technique can facilitate psycho-dramatic trance work for clients.
- Describe doubling and explain how this technique can facilitate psycho-dramatic trance work for clients.
- Describe soliloquy and explain how this technique can facilitate psycho-dramatic trance work for clients.
