The routine addresses critical components for improving fitness, quality of life, and joint health. Having worked with many clients across all age ranges and fitness levels, Dr. Seedman designed this program to focus on mobility, stability, balance, strength, cardiovascular health, low back strength, core stabilization, and hip function. This 6 day a week program uses well-researched, cutting edge techniques that Dr. Seedman uses with his personal trainees. Leverage this program in improving overall strength, health, and fitness that will translate to everyday living.
Delivery Method
